DUTIABLE COMMODITIES REGULATIONS, 1963.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1963, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
PART I
CITATION AND COMMENCEMENT.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Dutiable Commodities Citation and Regulations, 1963, and shall come into operation on the day appointed commence- for the commencement of the Duliable Commodities Ordinance, 1963.

FEES.
2. (1) The fees payable for the issue, transfer, substitution, Fees. umendment and renewal of licences and permits and, where applicable, the periods of validity of such licences and permits, are specified in the Schedule.
(2) Where no fee is prescribed for the issue of a licence or permit, ao foo shall be payable for any transfer, substitution, amendment or renewal of such licence or permit.

PART III.
CARRIAGE OF Goods.
3. This Part shall apply to goods for the import, export or Application. carriage of which a permit under the Ordinance is or may be required.

4. (1) Goods shall not be carried in any vessel unless it is- (a) licensed in that behalf by the Director; or

(b) owned or hired by the licensee of a general bonded warehouse;

(c) a steam or motor vessel of not less than three hundred tons
net register.
(2) Goods shall not be imported or exported in any vessel of less than sixty tons net register or one thousand piculs capacity.
