STAMP (BANK AUTHORIZATION) (NO. 4) ORDER, 1963,

In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I hereby make the following Order;-

ORDER.

1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Back Authorization) Citation. (No. 4) Order, 1963.

2. The bank specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Specified authorized to compound for the payment of duty on instamped cheques authorized abject to the conditions stated in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of sub- to compound section (1) of section 15 of the Ordinance.
