SWIMMING POOLS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS, 1963.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Swimming Pools (Amend. Citation. ment) By-laws, 1963,

2. By-law 3 of the Swimming Pools By-laws, 1961, is amended Amendment

Explanatory Note,

(This Note is not part of the by-laws, but is intended to indicate their general purport).

The effect of these by-laws is to extend the operation of the Swimming Pools By-laws, 1961, to include swimming pools which are operated by clubs and piber similar associations and not only those in which the ownership is vested in such associations.
