The amount to be included in the judgment in respect of the plaintiffs' solicitor'a charges shall be the amount entered on the writ and in addition the amount shown below under the Scale applicable to the proceedings-

Tables 1 and ][ hereunder show the amount to be entered on the wril or summons in respect of solicitor's charges-

(a) in an action for the recovery of a sum of money for the purpose of paragraph (1) of rule 14 of the District Court Civil Procedure (General) Rules, 1963 and of Part II of this Schedule; or

(b) in garnishee proceedings for the purpose of rule 45 of Order 17 of the

Code, or

(e) in an action for the recovery of property, including land, with or with

out a claim for a sum of money, for the purpose of rule 14 of the said rules or of Part II of this Schedule.

The amounts entered in accordance with Tables and I hereunder shall be increased by

(0) a sum equal to the appropriate court fees:

(b) $10 for every defendant after the first defendant;

(c) such amount as may be assessed by the Registrar in the case of sub-

stituted service.

3. Tables I and 13 hereunder shall not apply where the wril is to be served out
