An Ordinance to amend the Penicillin Ordinance, Chapter 137.

Ba it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Penicillin (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 1962.

2. Section 2 of the Penicillin Ordinance (hereinafter referred to Amendment as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion, after the of section 2. definition "authorized seller of poisons", of the following definition- (Cap. 137),

Director of Agriculture and Forestry" includes the Senior

Veterinary Officer and any veterinary officer:”.

3. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by- (a) the insertion, at the end of subsection (2), of the following-

or a holder of a valid permit issued by the Director of Agriculture and Forestry under subsection (IA) of sec- tion 4B, or a person acting under the direction of a holder of such permit"; and
