An Ordinance to repeat and replace the Steam Boilers Ordinance.

Chapter 56,

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

and com- mencemca.

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Boilers and Pressure Short tide Receivers Ordinance, 1962, and aball come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette,

(2) Sections 19, 20, 21 and 31 and subsection (3) of section 49 and subsection (3) of section 50 shall not come into operation until the day appointed for their commencement by the Governor by Proclama- tion in the Gazette.
