An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of St. Paul's College

Council,

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows---

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the St. Paul's College Council Short tille.

Incorporation Ordinance, 1962.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "Chairman" means the Chairman of the corporation; "corporation" means the St. Paul's College Council incorporated under

section 3:

"regulations" means the regulations of the corporation approved from time to time by its members for the time being in accordance with the regulations for the time being in force.
