An Ordinance to amend the Stamp Ordinance, Chapter [17.

[1st November, 1962.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment) Short title Ordinance, 1962, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1962.

(Cap. 117).

2. Subsection (2) of section 14 of the Stamp Ordinance (herein- Amendment after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended in paragraph of section 14, (c) by the deletion of the words "of one dollar" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"to the value of two dollars".
