32A. (1) There is bereby established a fund, which shall be known as the Hawker Control Force Welfare Fund and applied to the following purposes-

(a) recompeasing members of the Force for extra set-

vices rendered by them;

(b) procuring, for serving members of the Force or for members of the Force who have been retired on pension or gratuity, comforts, convenience or other advantages that are not chargeable to the public revenue; and

(c) grauling, at such rates and on such terms as may be prescribed by regulations and on such conditions as the Commandant may impose, loans to serving members of the Force or to members of the Force who have been retired on pension or gratuity.

(2) The Fund shall, subject to this Ordinance and the regulations, be controlled by the Commandant and shall consist of

(a) such donations or voluntary contributions as may

be made thereto; and

(6) such sums as may be voted thereto by the Legisla-

tive Council.

32B. The Governor in Council may by regulation prescribe or provide for the control and administration of the Hawker Control Force Welfare Fund.”.

7. Section 34 of the principal Ordinance is armended by the of section 34. deletion of the comma and word “the" where they appear after the

word "Commandant" and the substitution therefor of the following-
