(b) the deletion of subsection (3) and the substitution therefor of

the following-

**(3) The Financial Secretary shall publish in the Gazette-

(a) a notification of any order made under paragraph

(d) of subsection (1); and

(b) the name of any licensed bank the licence of

which has been cancelled.**

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Council of St. Paul's Short dite. Co-educational College Incorporation Ordinance, 1962.

2. Io this Ordinance-

"constitution" means the constitution of The Council of St. Paul's Co- educational College approved from time to time by its members for the time being in accordance with the constitution for the time being in operation;

"The corporation" means the body incorporated by section 3.
