An Ordinance to amend the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease

Ordinance. Chapter 141.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Quaragline and Prevention Shon title. of Disease (Amendment) Ordinance, 1962.

2. Section 2 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordin- Amendment ance is amended by the addition, in subsection (1), after the definition "building" of the following.

"cholera" includes enteritis choleriformis El Tori".

This printed impression bas been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 19th day of March, 1962, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.
