GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.
(1) Urban Council (Commissioner for Resettlement) Ordinance 1954.
The Colonial Secretary to move the following resolucion -
Resolved, pursuant to section 3 of the Urban Council
(Commissioner for Resettlement) Ordinance, 1954, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from the 30th April, 1961.
(2) Road Traffic (Regleration and Licensing of Vehicles)
(Mweudment) Regulations, 1961,
The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to section 5A of the Road Traffio
Ordinance, 1957, that the Road Traffic (Registration and Liceusing of Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations, 1961, made by the Governor in Council on the 4th day of April, 1961, under sections 4 and 5A of the Rond Traffic Ordinance, 1957, be approved.
(3) Protection of Women and Juveniles (Amendment) Bill, 1961-
The Attorney General to move the First reading of ;-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Protection of
Women and Juveniles Ordinance, 1951."
(4) Now Territories (Amendment) Bill, 1961.
The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-
A Bill intitulad; "An Ordinance to amend the New Territories
Ordinance, Chapter 97."
(5) Road Traffic (Amandment) Bill, 1961.
The Attorney Ganeral, to move the Second and Third readings of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Road Traffic
Ordinance, 1957."
UNOFFICIAL MEMBER'S MOTION.
(1) The Council of Heep Yung School Incorporation Bill, 1961.
Mr. R.C. Lee to move the First reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to provide for the
incorporation of The Council of Heap Yung School."
