(1) Resolution regarding the draft Estimates of Revenue and

Expenditure for 1961-62.

The Financial Becretary to move the following resolution (~

Resolved that the draft Estimates of Revenue and Expen-

diture for 1961-62 be referred to a Select Committee composed of the Colonial Secretary (Chairman), the Financial Secretary and all the Unofficial Members.

(2) Road Traffic (Public Onuibus and Public Car) Regulations,

1961.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 54 of the Road Traffic

Ordinance, 1957, that the Road Traffic (Publio Cmnibus and Public Oar) Regulatioda, 1961, made by the Governor in Council on the 7th day of February, 1961, under sections 3, 5 and 5A of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957, be approved.

(3) Victoria Park Swimming Fosl (mendment) By-laws, 1961.

Mr. K.3. Kinghorn to move the fallowing resolution :-

Resolved that the Victoria Park Swimming Pool (Amendment) By-laws, 1961, made by the Urban Council on the 7th day of February, 1961, under section 42 of the Fublin Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, be approved.

(4) Comercial Bathhouses By-Laws, 1961.

Mr. K.S, Kinghorn to move the following resolution :-

Reaplved that the Commercial Bathhouses By-laws, 1961,

made by the Urban Council on the 7th day of February, 1961, under section 35 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, be approved.

(5) Public Conveniences (Conduct and Behaviour) By-laws, 1961.

Mr. K.S, Kinghorn to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Public Conveniences (Conduct and

Behaviour) By-lame, 1961, made by the Urban Council 0 the 7th day of February, 1961, under section 35 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, be approved.
