(1) Dutlable Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 4 of the Dutiacle Commodities

Ordinance, Chapter 109, that notwithstanding the reaolutica made and passed on the 22nd day of March, 1961 (G.N. A.38 or 1961) bo duty shall be payable on hydrocarbon olls used for the bench testing of Aircraft engines which are to be installed in aircraft operating for the most part outside the Colony.

(2) Supplementary Proviaions for the quarter ended 30th June,

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Supplementary Frovisions for the quartar ended 30th June, 1961, as get out in Schedule No. 1 of 1961-62, be approved.

Registration of Persons (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 1961.

The Colonial Secretary to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance further to amend the

Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1960. "

(4) Fire Brigade (Ansoumout) Bull, 1961.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amand the Fire Brigade

Ordinance, 1954."

(5) Expulsion of Undesirables (Repeal) Bill, 1961.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to repeal the Expulsion of

Undersirables Ordinance, Chapter 242,"

Supplementary Appropriation (1960–61) Bill, 1961.

The Financial Secretary to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to authorize a supplemen-

tary appropriation to defray the charges of the financial year anded the 31st day of Merch, 1961."
