Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 16 of the Companies (Prevention of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance, 1959, on the 19th day of December, 1962.

Resolved, pursuant to section 16 of the Companies (Prevention of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance, 1959, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the terms of one year with effect from 1st January, 1963.
