380. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these regulations it shall be lawful to store together in a licensed transit shed, as a temporary measure, and for a period not exceeding seven days, the goods enumerated in the following table-

381. The Authority as respectively specified in the Third Schedule may, on payment of the fee prescribed therefor, issue or renew licences required in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the Ordinance in respect of the following dangerous goods-
(a) category I dangerous goods (explosives);
(b) all other dangerous goods.
383. Any licence required under section 5 of the Ordinance shall-
(a) be in a form to be prescribed by the Authority;
(6) be valid until the 1st April next after the date of issue or such earlier date as the appropriate Authority referred to in regulation 381 may determine:
(c) not be transferable:
(d) relate to one person, company, firm, association or business
only:
(e) relate to one place of storage only and one category of
dangerous goods only;
(f) be in respect of such quantity of dangerous goods and subject to such conditions as the appropriate Authority referred to in regulation 381 may determine.
Details of ficence.
384. (1) Every application for a licence to be issued or renewed Application. sider these regulations shall be made on a form to be supplied by the appropriate Authority referred in regulation 381 on request.
