(2) No bighly inflammable liquid shall be conveyed on any tricycle unless such tricycle is specially constructed and approved by the Authority for the transport of inflammable liquid.

(c) any fuel pipe forming part of a gravity feed system shall be fsted with a quick-action out-off valve in an easily accessible position and clearly marked as such.

(2) If the vehicle is fitted with a steel cab, the rear of such cab shall be deemed to constitute part of the fire-resisting shield for the purposes of paragraph (1).

(3) Paragraph (1)(6) shall not apply to any fuel tank which coa- tains only fuel having a flash point exceeding 150° Fahrenheit.
