Use of explosives in blasting.
73. (1) No person shall blast or undertake to blast any stone. Permission earth or other material without the permission of the Authority.
(2) Aay permission granted for the purposes of paragraph (1) may
be for one occasion only or for several occasions or continuously over
a period of time and may specify the hours in any day during which blasting may take place.
74. No person shall use explosives for blasting, prepare the charges or fire the blast unless he is in possession of a valid mine blasting certificate or is specially authorized in writing so to do by the Authority,
