TENANCY (NOTICE OF TERMINATION) ÜRDINANCE (EXCLUSION) ORDER No. 3, 1962.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 4

of the Tenancy Notice of Termination) Ordinance, 1962, the Governor

in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Tenancy (Notice of Termina, Citation. tion) Ordinance (Exclusion) Order No. 3. 1962.

2. Tenancies held from the Hong Kong Model Housing Society Tenancies are excluded from the further application of the Tenancy (Notice of excluded Termination) Ordinance, 1962.
