SUNDAY CARGO WORKING ORDINANCE. (Chapter 84).
Sunday Cargo Working Regulations, 1962.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Sunday Cargo Working Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—
1. These regulations may be cited as the Sunday Cargo Working Citation. Regulations, 1962.
2. Permits issued under the Ordinance shall be in such form as Form at
permit. the Director of Marine may from time to time prescribe.
3. The fees. in respect of permits issued under the Ordinance, Fees. are prescribed in the Schedule.

4. (0) If any përmit issued under the Ordinance is not used it used

(a) be endorsed with the words "Not Used":
(6) signed either by the master, the owner, charterer or agent of
the ship in respect of which it was issued; and
(c) returned to the Marine Department before 5 p.m. on the second working day following the Sunday in respect of which it was issued.
(2) No indorsement under paragraph (1) shall be made where any cargo was received on board, loaded, worked or discharged on the ship in respect of which the permit was issued on the Sunday in respect of which it was issued.
5. Any person who contravenes the provisions of regulation 4 Offences and
penalties. shall be guilty of an offence and upon summary conviction shall be liable to a flue of one thousand dollars.
6. The Sunday Cargo Working Regulations, the Sunday Cargo Revocation. Form of Permit Regulations, and the Fees (Sunday Permits) Regulations (Vol. VIII
are revoked.
