PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 138).

POISONS (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS. 1961.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pharmacy

and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the

Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Citation. (No. 2) Regulations, 1961.

2. The Second List to the Poisons Regulations is amended by Amendment the addition at the end of Group Il thereof of the following-

"Phosphorus compounds, the following--

(a) Substances containing

of Second List. (Vol. X. p. 68),

Dimethyl-3-chloro-4-nitrophenyl

thiophosphate

Dimethyl-S-(1,2-dicarboethoxyethyl)

dithiophosphate

0,0-dimethyl 0-2, 4, 5-wichlorophenyl

thiophosphate

not more than 5 per cent of any one of these compounds; and

(b) substances in which the aggregate percent- age of these Comm- pounds does not exceed 5 per cent.”.
