WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ORDINANCE, 1953.
(28 of 1953).
Workmen's Compensation (Rules of Court) (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1961,
in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Work-
men's Compensation Ordinance, 1953, the Chief Justice bas made the
following rules-
1. These rules may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation Citation. (Rules of Court) (Amendment) Rules, 1961.
2. Paragraph (d) of rule 29 of the Workmen's Compensation Amçodment (Rules of Court) Rules, 1953, (hereinafter referred to as the principal of rule 29. rules) is amended by the deletion of the following expression-

on payment of the proper fees.".
3. The principal rules are amended by the addition after rule Addition of
29 of the following heading and rule-
"Fees.
30. No fees shall be payable in respect of any applica- tion made or proceeding instituted pursuant to any of the provisions of the Ordinance.".
