HEUNG YEE KUK ORDINANCE, 1959.

(No. 45 of 1959).

Pursuant to section 15 of the Heung Yee Kuk Ordinance, 1959. the Heung Yee Kuk passed on 27th February, 1961 by a two-thirds majority, a Resolution amending the First Schedule to the Heung Yee Kuk Ordinance, 1959 with the following effect, víz : -

by the deletion of the word "shall" in the proviso to para- graph 3 and the substitution therefor of the following-

"may forthwith after the date fixed by him under para- graph 2(1)".

2. The above Resolution was approved by His Excellency the Governor on 9th May, 1961.
