COMPANIES ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 32).
Companies (FormS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) Order, 1961.
WHEREAS by section 153 of the Companies Ordinance, it is provided Preamble. that a transferee company may give notice to a dissenting shareholder ‚of a transferor company in the prescribed manner:
NOW THEREFORE the Governor in Council prescribes, and it is hereby prescribed by order, as follows--
1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Forms) (Amend- Citation. ment) (No. 2) Order, 1961.
Amendment of parogcuph
2. Paragraph 8 of the Companies (Forms) Order is amended- (2) by the substitution of a colon for the full stop at the end 8.
thereof; and
(b) by the addition of the following proviso-
"Provided that in any case in which a dissenting share- holder has no such address the transferee company may apply to the Registrar of Companies for a direction as to the manner ja which such notice shall be given.”.
