THE HONGKONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 70).

Special Resolution of shareholders passed in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 4 of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ordinance on 10th March, 1961.

That pursuant to section 4(2) of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ordinance regulation 19 of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Regulations be amended by the deletion of the words "ten thousand" in line 3 and the substitution therefor of the words "fifty thousand".

Approved this 17th day of March, 1951.
