Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

PART I

Preliminary and application.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Industrial Employment Short title (Holidays with Pay and Sickness Allowance) Ordinance, 1961, and sball come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette,
