An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, Chapter

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961.

1. Section 31 of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance is amended Amendment in subsection (3) by the deletion of the words "twenty dollars" and the substitution therefor of the following—

"one hundred dollars",
