An Ordinance to amend the Mental Health Ordinance, 1960.

[8th September, 1961.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mental Health (Amend- Short tide. ment) Ordinance, 1961.

2. The Mental Health Ordinance, 1960, is amended by the Addition_of addition at the end thereof of the following-
