Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under sec- tion 3 of the Urban Council (Commissioner for Resettlement) Ordinance, 1954, on the 20th day of April, 1960.

Resolved, pursuant to section 3 of the Urban Council (Commis- sioner for Resettlement) Ordinance, 1954, that the duration. of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 30th April, 1960.

RADIOCOMMUNICATION (AMENdment) ReguLATIONS, 1960,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Telecom- munication Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Radiocommunication Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1960.

2. Regulation 2 of the Radiocommunication Regulations (herain- Revocation after referred to as the principal regulations) is revoked and the and replace-
