PENSIONS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 89),

PENSIONS (Amendment) RegulATIONS, 1960,

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 3

of the Pensions Ordinance, the Governor in Council, with the sanction

of the Secretary of State and the prior approval of the Legislative Council signified by resolution, has made the following regulations-

J. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Citation and meut) Regulations, 1960.

2) Regulations 4, 5 and 6 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1959 and regulation 8 shall come into operation on the date of commencement of the Pensions (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.
