Explanatory Note.
(bis Note is not part of the Order, but is intended to fudicare its general purport).
This Order lists in the Schedules ull current pensionable posts together with the dues from which pensionability first attached to them. The Pensionable Offices Order, 1958 (G.N.A. 63/59) is cancelled but this cancellation does not affect the pensionability of persons, if any, who held offices declared as pension- able under that Order for so long as they continue in those offices, even though such offices are not declared pensionable in the new Order.
