(3) Save as provided in paragraph (4), a fee of one hundred dollars shall be payable on the grant or renewal of any such licence,
(4) Where any such licence is granted on or after the Ist day of July in any year, the fee payable in respect thereof shall be one-hall of the fee prescribed in paragraph (3),
(5) Any such licence and any renewal thereof shall be subject w such terms and conditions as the Director may determine, and shall not be transferable.
(6) Every such licence shall specify the premises at which the licensee may carry on business and the premises or place at which animals or birds kept by him for the purposes of his business may be kept.

Without prejudice to the discretion of the Director with respect to the refusal of the grant or renewal of any such licence, no sudi licence shall be granted or renewed-
(a) unless the Director is satisfied in relation to the premises it which the applicant or licensee, as the case may be, proposes to carry on or is carrying on his business that-
() adequate provision has been made for the supply of suitable water for the animals and birds which are or may be kept therein;
(i) the floor thereof is paved with a layer of not less than six inches of lime-concrete or not less than three inches of cement-concrete composed of one part of cement, three parts of sand and live parts of stone broken to pass through a one- inch ring:
(ii) the surface of such floor has been rendered smooth and impervious with a layer of asphalt or cement mortar not les than half an inch in thickness or with such other material of such nature and thickness as the Director may have approved: (iv) the walls thereof are surfaced and rendered smooth 10 a height of not less than ten feet from the floor or to the ceiling, whichever is the less, with cement mortar or such other material as the Director may have approved:
(v) save where the front thereof is or will be, at all times. kept clear and unobstructed and is or will be open to the external air, every part thereof is provided with a window « windows having an area of not less than one-tenth of the art of the floor of that part of the premises for which the same is or are provided; and
(vi) a part of every such window, having an area of pol less than half of the area of the window, is capable of being opened into the external air;

(b) where the premises at which the applicant or the licensee, as the case may be, proposes to carry on or carries on his business are situated otherwise than on the ground floor of a building: and
(c) where any other business other than that of an animal dealer will be or is carried on in the premises in which the applicant or the licensee, as the case may be, proposes to carry on or carries on his business.

9. (1) The Director may grant to any person who is employed by or who is the agent of a licensed animal dealer a licence to hawk adimals or birds and may renew any such licence.
(2) Every such licence and any renewal thereof shall expire on the 31st day of December.
(3) Any such licence and any renewal thereof shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Director may determine, and shall not be transferable.
(4) A photograph of the licensed hawker shall be affixed on every such licence.
