the approval of the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury and of the Secretary of State for the Colonies do hereby PROCLAIM AND FIX the twelfth day of December, 1960, as the date from which the coins. particulars of which are set forth in the Schedule hereto, shall, provided that they have not been dealt with in any manner prohibited by law, be legal tender for an amount not exceeding one hundred dollars.

of First Schedula) Order, 1960.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Administra- tion of Justice (Summary Offences) Ordinance, 1955, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Onder may be cited as the Administration of Justice Chation. (Summary Offences) (Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 1960.

2. The First Schedule to the Administration of Justice (Summary Amendment Offences) Ordinance, 1955, is amended by the deletion of Item 10 and of First the substitution therefor of the following-

10. Without lawful authority or excuse, in any market. so erecting any structure, or so placing any article or vehicle, as to cause obstruction therein, contrary to by-law 9 of the Public Market By-laws. 1960.
