PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES (AMENDMENT OF FIFTH SCHfdule) Ordek, 1960.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance. 1960, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Citation. Services (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order, 1960.

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Public Health and Urban Services Amendment Ordinance, 1960, is amended by the deletion in Part I of the following

"Ap Lei Chau Um Cemetery

Kai Lung Wan Cemetery, East

Kai Lung Wan Cemetery, West Kai Lung Wan East Urn Cemetery

Aberdeen

Pok Fu Lam

Pok Fu Lam

Pok Fu Lam".

Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the regulations but is intended to indicate their general purport).

The purpose of this Order is to delete, from the Part I of the Fifth Schedule

to the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance. 1960, the names and locations of four public cemeteries which have now been cleared of graves and which will no longer be used as cemeteries.
