Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Amend- Short title. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1960.

1. Section 19 of the Urban Council Ordinance, 1955 is amended Amendment in paragraph (4) of subsection (1) by the deletion of the words "Ist day of e-
