An Ordinance further to amend the Interpretation Ordinance, Chapter 1.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Interpretation (Amend- Short title. Dent) Ordinance, 1960.

1 Section 3 of the Interpretation Ordinance is amended in Amendment subsection (1) by-

(a) the insertion in the definition of the word "Commonwealth”, after the words and comma "the Republic of India,", of the following

"the Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Ghana,”; and

of section 3.

(Cap. 1).
