An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amendment) Short Gitle Ordinance, 1960.

and com Menecment.

(2) The amendments to the Pensions Ordinance (hereinafter (Cap. 89), referred to as the principal Ordinance) made by section 2 and para- graph (a) of section 5 of this Ordinance shall be deemed to have had dfect as from the 1st day of July, 1959.

(3) The amendments to the principal Ordinance made by sections and 4 and paragraph (b) of section 5 of this Ordinance shall be emed to have had effect as from the commencement of this Ordinance.
