statement of the investments in respect of the separate moneys shown in each of the accounts specified in subsection (2) and shall be signed by the Trustee.

(5) The accounts of the fund and the signed statement of the accounts shall be audited by an auditor appointed by the Governor and the auditor shall certify the statement subject to such report. if any, as he may think fit.

(6) A copy of the signed and audited statement of account together with the auditor's report, if any, and a report by the Trustee on the administration of the fund during the period coverti by the audited accounts shall be laid upon the Table of the Legislative Council not later than the 28th day of February nex following the end of such period or so soon thereafter as th Governor, in his absolute discretion, may allow.".

Br it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Arms and Ammunition Shon title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.

2. Subsection (E) of section 2 of the Arms and Ammunition Amendment Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section 2 amended by-

(a) the insertion in paragraph (c) of the definition "arms" between the words and comma "Oghting iron," and the words and semi-colon "or other deadly weapon:" of the following-

of the

principal Ordinance.
