An Ordinance to amend the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund Ordinance, 1954.

[22nd April, 1960]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund Stort ude. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950.

2. Section 7 of the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund Ordinance. 1954, is Repeal and repealed and replaced by the following-
