to the New Territories) Ordinance, 1960.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings Ordinance, 1955, Short tille. (Application to the New Territories) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.

2. Section 2 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1955. (Application to AmendmenIL the New Territories) Ordinance, 1960, (hereinafter referred to as the of section 2. principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion from paragraph (a)

(27 of 1960), thereof of the definitions of the expressions "District Commissioner" and "permitted building”.
