Education, and for matters connected therewith.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Director of Education Short Utle. Incorporation Ordinance, 1960.

2. The person for the time being performing the duties of the Director of office of Director of Education shall be a corporation sole (hereinafter Education eferred to as the corporation) and shall have the name of the Director a corporation
