An Ordinance to amend the Jury Ordinance. Chapter 3.

(23rd September, 1960.)

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Jury (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 1960.

Section 2 of the Jury Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as Amendment

the principal Ordinance) is amended-

(a) by the addition after the definition "court" of the following

definition-

(14 of 1955).

"list of common jurors" means those portions of the register of electors prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Council Ordin- ance, 1955, which relate to persons qualified

of section 2.
