Section 4 in amended-
(a) in subsection (1)—–—–—–—
(0) by the deletion of the wards "food officer" and the substitution therefor of the following
health officer or health inspector"; and
(ii) by the insertion, after the words "such officer", the following-
"or inspector":
(b) in subsection (2) by the insertion, after the words "auch officer", of the follow- ing-
"or inspector";
(2) in subsection (3). by the insertion, after the words "such officer", of the follow ing-
"or inspector"; and
(d) in subsection (4), by the insertion, after the wordi "such officer“ în each case when they appear, of the following-

Section 6 is amended-
