An Ordinance to amend the Adoption Ordinance, 1956.

[3rd June, 1960.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Adoption (Amendment) Short title Ordinance, 1960,

2. Section 2 of the Adoption Ordinance, 1956 (hereinafter referred Amendment to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition after the of section deflation "Court" of the following-

""Director" means the Director of Social Welfare;"
