An Ordinance to amend the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund Ordinance, 1954.

[22nd April, 1960.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund Short uide. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.

2. Section 7 of the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund Ordinance. 1954, is Repeal and repealed and replaced by the following-

(1) The trustee shall cause proper accounts to be (No. 3 kept of all transactions of the fund and shall cause to be of 1954. prepared for every period of twelve months coding on the 31st day of March in each year, a statement of the accounts of the fund, which statement shall include an income and expenditure account and balance sheet and shall be signed by the trustee.
