An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding nine hundred and thirty- eight million, two hundred and seventy-seven thousand, six hundred and ten dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending the 31st day of March, 1961.

WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony Preamble. for the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1961, has been estimated at the sum of nine hundred and thirty-eight million, two hundred and seventy-seven thousand, six hundred and ten dollars:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation (1960-61) Short title. Ordinance, 1960.

2. A sum not exceeding nine hundred and thirty-eight million, Appropriation two hundred and seventy-seven thousand, six hundred and ten dollars from the shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the revenue and other genteni funds of the Colony for the service of the financial year commencing other funds.
