The Financial Secretary to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to authorize a supple-, mentary app top defray the charges of the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1960."

(9) Lifts and Escalators (Safety) Bill, 1960.

Mr. H.W. Forsyth to move the First reading of ;-

A Bill intituled; "As Ordinance to provide for the main- tenance in safe working order of lifts and escalators, For the examination and testing thereof and for matters connected with the purposes aforesaid."

The Colonial Secretary to move the First reading of :-

A B111 intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council

Ordinance, 1955."

(3) Defences (Firing Areas) (Amendment) Bill, 1960.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of --

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to amend the Defences

(Firing Areas) Ordinance, Chapter 196."

(4) Drug Addicts Treatment and Rehabilitation Bill,

1960.

Dr. Teng Fin-hul to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to establish centres for the treatment and rehabilitation of addieta of drugs and of intoxicants and for purposes connected therewith,

(5) Mental Health Bill, 1960.

Dr. Teng Pin-hul to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend and consolidate

the law relating to mental disorder and its treatment and to make provision for the reception, detention and treatment of persons of unsound mind."
