(1) Public Cemeteries By-laws, 1960.

Mr. K.8. Kinghorn to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Public Cemeteries By-laws, 1960, made by

the Urban Counci) on the 6th day of December, 1960, under section 116 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, be approved.

(2) Private Cemeteries By-laws, 1960.

Mr. K.8. Kinghorn to move the following resoluțion :-

Resolved that the Private Cemeteries By-lawa, 1960, made by the Urban Council on the 6th day of December, 1960, under section 116 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, be approved.

(3) Offensive Trades By-laws, 1960.

Mr. K.8. Kinghorn to move the following resolution –

Resolved that the Offensive Trades By-laws, 1960, made by

the Urban Council on the 6th day of December, 1960, under section 49 of the Public Health and Urban Servicos Ordinance, 1960, be approved.

(4) Funeral Parlour By-Laws, 1960.

Mr. K. S. Kinghorn to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Funeral Parlour By-laws, 1960, made by

the Urban Council on the 6th day of December, 1960, under section 123 of the Fublic Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, be approved.

(5) Royal Hong Kong Defence Force (Amendment) Bill, 1960.

The Colonial Secretary to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "Ao Ordinance to amend the Royal Hong Kong

Defence Ordinance, 1951."

(6) Essential Services Corps (Meriment) Bill 1960.

The Colonial Secretary to move the First read ing of ;-

A Bill intituled: "Act: Ordinance to amend the Essential

Services Corps Ordinance, Chapter 197."
