GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.

(1) Terms of an Agreement between the Goverment of Hong Kong sod

the Admiralty - Resolution

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Terms of an Agreement between the Govern-

ment of Hong Kong and the Admiralty as shown in the Schedule attached be approved.

(2) Occupiers Liability Bill 1959.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to good the low as to the liability of occupiers and others for injury or damage resulting to persons or goods lawfully on any land or other property from dangers due to the state of the property or to things done or omitted to be done there, and for purposes connected therewith,"

(3) Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Bill, 1959.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Merchant

Shipping Ordinance, 1953."

(4) Corporal Punishment (Amendment) Bill, 1959.

The Attorney Ganerul to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled; "Ao Ordinance farther to amend the

Corporal Punishment Ordinance, 1954. "
