(1) Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (Amendment of First Schedule)

Rules, 1959.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance (Amendment

of First Schedule) Rules, 1959, made by the Chief Justice on the 25th day of April, 1959, under sections 29(1) aud 31(8) of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, Chapter 255, be approved.

(2) Supplementary Provisions for the quarter ended 31st March,

1959.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Supplementary Provisions for the quarter

ended 31st March, 1959, as set out in Schedule No. 4 of 1958/59, be approved.

(3) Folice Force (Amendment) Bill, 1959.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-

A Bill iuticaled: "An Ordinance to amend the Police Force

Ordinance, Chapter 232."

(4) Fire Brigade (amendment) Bill, 1952.

The Attorney General to move the Pirat reading of 1-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Fire Brigade

(5) Dutiable Commodities (Amendment) 8111, 1959.

The Financial Secretary to move the First reading of :-

A Bill inticaled: "An Ordinance to amend the Dutiable

Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109."

(6) Clean Air Bill, 1959.

Mr. F.C.M. Bedgwick to move the First reading of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to make provision for

restricting pollution of the air and for mattars connected therewith,"

The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings

of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Societies

Ordlaance, Chapter 151."
